We've given the Wiki feature a major update. The editor has been rebuilt from the ground up, making Wiki easier to write in, easier to search, and easier to put to work.
With Wiki in MONJI+, everything your team needs to run a site lives in one place, organized by team or project.
1. Type "/" to add any block you need
Headings, tables, checklists, code blocks, toggles, callouts — insert them all from the "/" menu. Markdown shortcuts work too, so you can keep writing without leaving the keyboard. Blocks can be rearranged by drag and drop, letting you shape the structure as you write.
2. Reach the right information with the table of contents, outline, and search
A table of contents is now built automatically from your headings, and the outline shows where you are as you scroll. The sidebar search filters pages by title and keeps parent pages in the results, so you can see at a glance where the information lives. Type "@" to reference another Wiki page and connect related information together.
3. Copy as Markdown for other documents and AI tools
You can now copy a whole page as Markdown with a single click, and paste it straight into another document or into a generative AI tool.
4. Set viewing and editing access page by page
Assign viewer or editor permissions per user for each Wiki, so you share exactly what's needed inside and outside your company — letting an external partner view only specific pages, for example. *Permission settings are available for Project Wiki only.
Your existing pages work exactly as before
Pages created in the previous editor display and edit just as they did. There's nothing to rebuild and nothing to migrate.
