Since 2004, staff involved in web production and operation have used their experience and know-how gained from various challenges to develop MONJI+. Our goal is to provide truly useful and practical services based on practical knowledge and experience cultivated on-site, rather than superficial know-how.

Creating and responding to Feedback takes time, hindering other tasks
- Feedback take a lot of time as they are done via handwritten fax or pasted screenshots in Excel
- Work is interrupted by Feedback communicated verbally over the phone, making it hard to focus
- A lot of unnecessary work like transcribing fax messages leads to low productivity
The Quality and Speed of feedback vary among staff
- Key points and tips for feedback are not documented, requiring checks from scratch each time
- Standardization of notation rules (e.g., kanji or hiragana, full-width or half-width) is lacking

The Top Runner Development Project is an initiative where Osaka City supports new products and services with high market potential by providing comprehensive support from coordinators through to market launch, aiming to foster leading companies representing Osaka.
