1) Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
- Current status: MONJI does not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- GPC: We honor valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a browser-level opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser.
- How to submit an opt-out (if applicable in the future):
- Turn on GPC in your browser or extension.
- Use our request form below, or email [email protected] with subject "California Opt-Out".
- Scope: If you use MONJI as part of a company account, some choices may be administered by your organization.
2) Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information (CPRA)
- Current status: We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) beyond purposes permitted by law (e.g., security, service delivery).
- Result: The CPRA "Limit" right is not applicable at this time. If our practices change, this page will be updated and a limit mechanism will appear here.
3) California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the following rights:
- Access / Know: categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected.
- Deletion: delete personal information we collected (subject to legal exceptions).
- Correction: correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: direct us not to sell/share your personal information (see Section 1).
- Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- Authorized Agent: you may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and verify your identity.
Timelines & verification: We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (one 45-day extension if reasonably necessary). We verify identity via login, email verification, or reasonable documentation. Requests relating to Customer Content processed on behalf of your employer/organization should be sent to that organization; we support their instructions under our DPA.

Minimum information to include: name, work email, residency (CA), request type (Access / Deletion / Correction / Opt-Out), details.
We will retain request logs as required by law.
Note for enterprise users: When MONJI acts as a service provider/processor for your organization, we may redirect your request to your organization's administrator and act on their verified instructions.
5) Cookies & Analytics
- Manage cookies via your browser settings or our in-product controls (where available).
