What is the Referral Reward Coupon?
When a user on a paid plan team refers someone who does not have a MONJI+ account, a coupon is issued to both the referrer and the referred user.
*The coupon discount issued to both the referrer and the referred user equals 1 month of the Basic plan subscribed to by the referred user’s team.
*Conditions apply to receive the coupon.

How to generate a referral URL
1. Go to Referral Reward
From the Team menu, click the Referral Reward link (※1).
2. Generate your Referral URL
On the Referral Status page, click Generate Referral URL (※2).
3. Share the Referral URL
Click the Copy icon (※3) next to the generated Referral URL.
The URL text will be copied—share it with the referred user via email, chat, or any other channel.
How to sign up for a free account via a referral URL
1. Sign up from the referral reward coupon eligible sign-up screen
Open the referral URL sent by the referrer to access the sign-up screen.
Enter your email address, review and accept the Privacy Policy, then click Sign up.
2. Complete sign-up from the Sign Up screen
A registration email will be sent to the email address you entered. Open the URL in the email to access the sign-up screen.
Enter your password, then re-enter it to confirm.
Review and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then click Complete sign up to finish creating your free account.

Who is eligible for the Referral Reward Coupon
Referrer: Users on a paid plan team.
Referred user: People who do not have a MONJI+ account.
Generating referral URLs
Referral URLs can only be generated by admins and members of paid plan teams.
Signup deadline via referral URL
The referred user must sign up within 30 days of the referral URL issuance date.
*Users who already have a MONJI+ account are not eligible.
Team creation deadline for referred users
Create an eligible team within 30 days of new user signup.
*Teams created during free account signup are also eligible.
Paid plan subscription for teams created by the referred user
Subscribe to a paid plan within 60 days of team creation.
*A monthly paid plan subscription is required.
*The paid plan can be subscribed to by someone other than the referred user.
Coupon issuance conditions
Coupons are issued once the third payment, including the first payment, is completed for the paid plan of the team created by the referred user.
*Issuance is based on completed payments, not invoice generation.
*If the Basic plan is changed before the third payment is completed, the coupon will not be issued.
Number of coupons issued
Coupons for the referrer’s team are issued based on the number of referred user teams that meet the conditions.
Only one coupon is issued per team created by a referred user.
Coupon details and usage conditions
The coupon value equals 1 month of the Basic plan subscribed to by the referred user’s team.
Coupons are not applied automatically. To use a coupon, a team admin must register the coupon code using the designated method.
Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts.
Optional plans are not eligible for coupon discounts.
Coupon delivery
Coupons for the referrer’s team are sent by email to the team admin after the conditions are met.
Coupons for the referred user’s team are sent by email to the team admin after the conditions are met.
Coupon registration deadline
For both the referrer and the referred user, coupons must be registered within 90 days of the issue date.
If the paid plan is canceled within the registration period, any unused coupons will expire.
Coupon application
Once a coupon is registered, the discount will be applied to the Basic plan fee in the following month.
