Regarding Integrated APIs

Purpose. This page provides notices concerning third-party services, APIs, integrations, and related intellectual-property matters used in connection with MONJI (the “Service”). It is intended to supplement, and does not replace or modify, the MONJI Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), or Restricted Regions List.

Priority of terms. If this page conflicts with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, DPA, Restricted Regions List, or a separate written agreement between ALAKI Inc. (“ALAKI”) and a User or Team Customer, the applicable terms of those documents control.

For this notice only, “User” means an individual MONJI account holder and “Team Customer” means a business entity using a MONJI Team. These descriptions are informational and do not cause a later Terms or DPA version to take effect before its stated effective date.

1. Current Third-Party Integrations

1.1 The Service includes integrations or API-based functionality involving the following third-party services, subject to current availability, configuration, plan, permissions, and the applicable third-party provider’s continued support:

  • Chatwork
  • Slack
  • Google Analytics / Google Analytics 4

1.2 The precise functions available for a particular integration may differ depending on the Service functionality then provided by ALAKI, the User’s or Team Customer’s settings and permissions, and changes made by the applicable third-party provider.

2. AI and MCP Integrations

2.1 The Service may provide AI Integration Features using Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs, plugins, extensions, or similar technical means. These features may allow a generative-AI service, AI client, or other external tool selected by a User to reference or read information in the Service or, where then supported and authorized by ALAKI, to create, modify, delete, change status, assign responsibility, or otherwise change data or state in the Service (“Write Operations”).

2.2 The specific AI clients, external services, data, permissions, read access, Write Operations, and integration methods available at any time are those made available by ALAKI through the Service, including through authorization screens, settings, help materials, or other methods designated by ALAKI.

2.3 A reference on this page or elsewhere to MCP, an API, an AI client, a Write Operation, or another integration method does not mean that ALAKI currently provides, or promises to provide in the future, every referenced function or integration.

2.4 When a User voluntarily connects an AI client or other external service, the external provider’s own terms of service, privacy policy, data-use terms, and other conditions may apply to information after that external service obtains it. Users should review those conditions before connecting the service.

2.5 A third-party service selected and connected by a User is not, solely because of that connection, a Subprocessor engaged by ALAKI. Third-party providers that ALAKI itself engages to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of a Team Customer are addressed in the DPA.

3. Third-Party Provider Terms, Accounts, and Fees

3.1 Use of a third-party integration may require a separate account, subscription, license, authorization, or payment relationship with the third-party provider. Unless ALAKI expressly states otherwise, obtaining and maintaining those rights and paying any third-party charges are the responsibility of the User or Team Customer.

3.2 ALAKI does not grant a license to use a third-party service, software, API, content, trademark, or other intellectual property beyond any rights that ALAKI is legally authorized to provide. Users must comply with the terms and restrictions imposed by the applicable third-party provider.

3.3 The availability, performance, specifications, retention practices, security practices, data-use practices, processing locations, and continued operation of a third-party service may be outside ALAKI’s reasonable control. The allocation of responsibility for Third-Party Services is governed by the Terms of Service.

4. Third-Party Services Used by ALAKI to Operate MONJI

4.1 Separately from User-selected integrations, ALAKI uses external providers to operate and support the Service, including providers for cloud infrastructure, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, OCR, and AI processing.

4.2 Information about those providers, their data-processing roles, international processing, and relevant privacy practices is provided in the then-current Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the DPA. This Usage License does not replace those disclosures.

5. No Affiliation, Endorsement, or Agency

5.1 Unless ALAKI expressly states otherwise in writing, an integration with, reference to, or technical compatibility with a third-party service does not mean that ALAKI and the third-party provider are affiliated, partners, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of one another, or that either party endorses, sponsors, certifies, or guarantees the other.

5.2 References to third-party services are made solely to identify the relevant products, services, or interoperability.

6. Trademarks and Other Intellectual Property

6.1 Third-party company names, product names, service names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary designations are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in MONJI or on this page does not grant Users or Team Customers any right to use them except as permitted by the applicable rights holder.

6.2 Intellectual-property rights in MONJI and ALAKI materials are governed by the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Usage License transfers ownership of MONJI, ALAKI materials, or third-party intellectual property.

7. Availability, Changes, and Planned Integrations

7.1 ALAKI may add, modify, limit, suspend, substitute, or discontinue integrations, APIs, AI Integration Features, or other interoperability features as permitted by the Terms of Service, including in response to security, technical, legal, operational, or third-party-provider changes.

7.2 Any statement that an integration or feature is “planned,” “under development,” “coming soon,” or similar is informational only and does not guarantee implementation, availability, timing, scope, or continued support.

7.3 Where a third-party provider changes or discontinues an API, account type, service, permission model, or other dependency, related MONJI functionality may change or become unavailable.

8. Regional and Provider Restrictions

8.1 Some integrations or third-party services may be unavailable or restricted based on a User’s or Team Customer’s location, billing country, provider eligibility rules, sanctions or export-control requirements, payment-provider restrictions, or other legal or operational constraints.

8.2 This Usage License does not expand eligibility to use MONJI in any Restricted Region. Eligibility and regional restrictions are governed by the Terms of Service and the then-current Restricted Regions List.
