How to use the annual plan

Annual plan terms and billing
The contract term is one year from the start date.
Billing is annual and prepaid (get 12 months for the price of 10).
From the second year onward, the plan automatically renews for another 12 months unless you cancel auto-renewal.
At renewal, you will be automatically charged the price of 10 months for 12 months of service.
Changing your Basic plan
-Upgrading the annual plan
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time during your Annual plan term.
You’ll be charged immediately only for the prorated price difference based on the remaining days.
-Downgrading the annual plan
You can’t downgrade to a lower plan during your Annual plan term.
However, you can request a downgrade in advance for the next annual renewal.
*If your data usage or number of users exceeds the limits of the lower plan at renewal,
the downgrade won’t apply and your current base plan will renew.
-Switching to a monthly plan
When switching from an annual plan to a monthly plan, the annual plan remains active until the next renewal date, and the monthly plan will apply from that date onward. To request this change, please contact us.

-Changing the plan and contract term at the same time
You cannot change the Basic plan tier and the contract term at the same time.
Example: To move from a Monthly Lite plan to an Annual Standard plan, first switch to the Monthly Standard plan, then upgrade to the Annual Standard plan.
Option plans
If you add an option plan while on an annual plan, the option plan will also follow annual billing.
Option plan fees are prorated by day for the remaining period until the next renewal date of the Basic plan and charged immediately.
If you switch your Basic plan to an annual plan, all associated option plans will also move to annual billing.
Cancelling the annual plan
Annual plans are non-refundable, even if cancelled mid-term.
If you cancel (disable auto-renewal) during the contract period, you can continue using the service until the end of the term.
For bank transfers, if payment is not confirmed by the due date, all features—including option plans—will be suspended.
